What is a Pre-Order? A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is officially in stock. This ensures that you are among the first to receive the item as soon as it becomes available at RyuGear.
1. How It Works Placing a preorder means you are reserving a product in advance. It is the best way to guarantee you do not miss out on limited stock or high-demand esports gear.
2. Estimated Release Date Each product page includes an estimated shipping or release date. However, delays of up to 2-3 weeks may occur due to external factors like manufacturing or customs clearance.
3. Payment and Charges Full payment is collected at the time of placing a preorder. This secures your item and your exact place in the priority queue.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Rule: Preorders cannot be canceled once placed under normal conditions, as the stock is specifically reserved for you.

Delay Exception: If delivery is delayed by more than 20 days beyond the original estimated date, you may cancel your preorder and receive a 100% refund.
