RyuGear Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order? A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is officially in stock. This ensures that you are among the first to receive the item as soon as it becomes available at RyuGear.

1. How It Works Placing a pre-order means you are reserving a product in advance. It is the best way to guarantee you do not miss out on limited stock or high-demand esports gear.

2. Estimated Release Date Each product page includes an estimated shipping or release date. However, please note that delays of up to 2-3 weeks may occur due to external factors like international manufacturing or customs clearance.

3. Payment and Charges (NEW: 40% Deposit System) We know waiting for international shipments can be frustrating, so we now offer a 40% Deposit System so you don't have to tie up your full budget while you wait!

  • Step 1 (Secure Your Unit): You can lock in your exact place in the priority queue by paying just 40% upfront at checkout. (You also have the option to pay 100% upfront if you prefer).
  • Step 2 (The Final Payment): Once the shipment physically lands at our Hyderabad warehouse and clears customs, we will email you a secure checkout invoice for the remaining 60% balance.
  • Step 3 (Payment Window): You will have exactly 48 hours from the time the final invoice is sent to complete your payment. Once paid, your gear ships out immediately!

4. Cancellation Policy Because your 40% deposit is immediately used to allocate and purchase stock from our international manufacturers on your behalf, pre-orders cannot be canceled and the 40% deposit is strictly non-refundable.

5. Handling Delays We provide regular updates throughout the pre-order phase via our social media channels and email. We highly recommend following us on Instagram and joining our Discord to stay in the loop with restocks and status updates. In the case of significant delays, we will notify you promptly via email.
