A few things to know

Quick answers about delivery, balances and using a RyuGear gift card.

01How does my friend use their RyuPoints?

Open the gift-card email and copy the code. Shop at RyuGear, then choose “Redeem gift card in Shopify checkout” in the cart and enter the code in the “Discount code or gift card” field. No separate points claim or account transfer is needed.

02Do they need to use it all at once?

No. Unused credit stays on the same gift card for another order. If an order costs more than the available credit, pay the difference using another payment method. Keep the email link to check the current balance and any expiry date.

03When will the email arrive?

Send-now gifts arrive after payment and fulfillment. Scheduled gifts are sent on the chosen date, usually between 4:00–10:00 AM in the buyer’s timezone. Payment or order reviews can delay delivery, so ask your friend to check spam too.

04Need help with a gift or refund?

Contact RyuGear with your order number. Don’t send your full gift-card code. Refund requests are handled according to our refund policy.
