RyuGear Shipping Policy

1) General

At RyuGear, we aim to ship fast and keep you informed. This policy covers shipping locations, timelines, costs, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

2) Where We Ship

  • India Only (Domestic): We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.
  • International: No international shipping at the moment.

3) Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all prepaid orders Above Rs999.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If enabled, COD orders may incur a standard handling fee calculated at checkout.

4) Order Processing

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat; excluding Sundays/holidays).
  • Pre-Orders: Please refer to the specific shipping estimate mentioned on the product page (usually dispatched once stock arrives).
  • Peak Periods: During sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We will keep you updated if there is a significant delay.

5) Delivery Speed (Estimates)

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro Cities: Usually faster (2–4 days).
  • Note: Actual delivery speed depends on your pincode, courier network (Bluedart/Delhivery/Xpressbees), and external factors like weather.

6) Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours on the courier’s website.

7) Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Remote/ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations may take longer to reach. We will notify you if your pin code is in a remote zone.

8) Taxes & Duties

  • All prices on our website are inclusive of GST. There are no hidden fees or extra duties upon delivery.

9) Damages, Missing Items & Lost in Transit (IMPORTANT)

To protect both you and us, an unboxing video is MANDATORY for any claim regarding damage, missing items, or wrong products.

Unboxing Video Guidelines (Must be one continuous take):

  1. Show the sealed outer carton from all sides (tape must be intact).
  2. Open the package on camera without cuts or edits.
  3. Show the product box before opening.
  4. Display all contents inside (mouse, dongle, cables, accessories, etc.).
  5. Clearly show any visible damage or missing items.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with the uncut unboxing video and clear photos.
  • We will review the evidence and file a claim with the courier.
  • Once verified, we will provide a Free Replacement.
  • Note: We cannot accept claims without a valid unboxing video.

If the package looks tampered with upon arrival:

  • Do NOT accept the delivery. Ask the courier to mark it "Rejected—Tampered" and contact us immediately.

10) Failed Delivery / RTO

If a shipment is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or refused delivery:

  • We can reship the order, but you may be liable for the actual reshipping charges.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
